From Beverly

Liz,

Happy 40th, you are still so young, you are so vibrant and alive.  I love your attitude, these pictures show that you have always known who you where and what you stood for. I remember when you used to chew ice all the time and you could come over and play with my kids and they all loved aunt Liz.

You have been an inspiration to me, I have learned a lot from you and your gentle, loving character.  Throughout your life you have been a true friend, dutiful daughter, sensitive sister, amazing mother and loving wife.  I am constantly amazed at the grace with which you play all of your roles, you out shine the best of them.  I am so blessed to have such wonderful sisters, each one of you have added to my life and I feel very honored to be among such sisters.  I often feel that I am just a little bit rougher around the edges, I am just learning the grace and patience that you and my younger sisters have and you have been a real example to me.  It gives me such peace to see your efforts and your successes.  I am watching you and all of my sisters, to learn and grow into a better person.

You have done so many things right, none of us are perfect and that is what makes us all so lovable, but you have made it through the hardships of your life with a fortitude that has built all those around you.  And you have only become stronger with each test and trial.  I don't think that I could even begin to explain my respect for you.  I haven't taken the time in the past to tell you and this is the best I can do and it is not really saying what I feel in my heart.  Keep on going strong, you aren't even half way there yet, you have much left to do and you will continue to be a force in this life...

Love Beverly
